Why ABLE. Why Now ?
A few years ago, our founder flew to Bangalore — no agenda, no plan — and spent eight hours at the India Inclusion Summit. He walked out not inspired. Not motivated. Grateful. A deep, quiet gratitude for everything he had taken for granted. In Urdu, there is a word for that feeling: Shukraana.
That day introduced him to Ferose V R — father, technologist, founder of the India Inclusion Foundation — who built an entire movement around his son Vivaan, who is autistic.
In our tenth year, we made a decision. Global Ed-Fest 2026 will be dedicated entirely to inclusion and to people with disabilities. Not because it is trending. Because it is right. And because the school is where this either begins — or doesn’t.
