The journals provide a clear framework for developing a growth mindset and emotional regulation in children. With coping skills toolkits, children have the freedom to try resolving their concerns and be ‘everyday heroes’. Packed with positive thoughts, illustrations and writing prompts, this guided journal has been created using techniques developed through years of working with children.
She motivates all teenagers and children to be the better versions of themselves using the power of their own minds. It seeks to help children learn to embrace challenges, persevere, and how to grow from failure.
